The Fade Room ("the Shop," "we," "us") provides professional barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, full grooming services, and children's haircuts at our physical location in Auburndale, FL. Our website and digital tools (including the waitlist and booking system) are provided to facilitate scheduling and communication with our clients.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

2. Appointments & Waitlist

Booking

• Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or through third-party booking platforms linked from our site.
• Booking an appointment does not guarantee immediate service; it reserves a time slot subject to barber availability.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment time.
• Repeated no-shows (2 or more) may result in a requirement to pre-pay or may result in restricted access to online booking.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff illness, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible.

Waitlist

• Joining the digital waitlist does not guarantee a spot or a specific service time on walk-in days.
• Waitlist positions are managed on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices listed on our website are estimates and may vary based on hair length, service complexity, or barber.
• Final pricing is confirmed at the time of service.
• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
• Gratuities are not included in listed prices and are left to the client's discretion.
• We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please inform your barber or the shop manager immediately so we can address the issue.

4. Client Conduct

We strive to maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for all clients and staff. The Fade Room reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who:

• Is disrespectful, abusive, or threatening toward staff or other clients.
• Arrives more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment (we may reschedule).
• Exhibits behavior that disrupts the comfort of others in the shop.

Children receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational and scheduling purposes only. You agree not to:
